I've had some great comments on the cover. One person from Coffin Hop on facebook said, "Sweet cover".
So, follks, here it is! Vampire's Trill is finally out. Am I excited? Yes. I had fun last night at facebook watching everyone try to fight each other to be the first to get a copy of the ebook.
But now comes the really hard work.
Work? Yes. Work. PROMOTIONS!
That's where you can help me. I've got several of you who stop by this blog from time to time, some of you leave comments too. Those of you who don't I call my lurkers, and you know who you are!
Those of you who want to help me promote this second book, let me know. I am trying to come up with some ideas to promote it all month long--until December 25th anyway. If you have any ideas that are different, make a suggestion. I'd like to begin it on Monday (5th), since I am to be on VampChix to begin my tour. If any of you would like to host me, let me know. I'd love to be on your blog! I can do give aways at your blog. This helps your blog, too, brings people to your blog, you can tell people who want to participate that they must be a follower, that sort of thing.
And to make this fun for you guys (hopefully I will get more than one person who wants to host me, and help me promote this book), I will choose a winner of an ebook or a paperback (your choice). Sound good?
Let me know as soon as you can!
Thanks ~ Lorelei
Lorelei,
ReplyDeleteI'll be glad to re-post my book review on the first book and then introduce your new book sometime this week on my blog. And of course, I'll Google +1, Facebook, and Twitter it for you.
I believe if all your bloggy buddies do this, the word will for sure get out about it.
Good luck and blessings to you!
Thanks, Shellly. I knew I could count on you! I think that would definitely help!
ReplyDeleteI can send you whatever you need, including the book's description.
My blog has been slim pickings lately so I don't know if hosting you on my blog will help much but if you think so, I'll be glad to do it. I think I would do more good on Facebook and Twitter (I'm a triple threat - I have friends in Italy, Canada and the U.S. of course) as I can access this any time of day or night and will keep doing it as much as possible). Also my friend Terri Long, 'In Leah's Wake', managed to do some internet radio interviews. Do you have any interest doing those? Do you want me to find out for you?
ReplyDeleteAs an aside - to think that my first, and last interviews, took place when I was a school reporter for my High School paper - I was 15-16 after emigrating from Italy when I was 10 and here I am, at my age interviewing again!!! Who'd have thunk it...:)
Let me know.
Lorelei,
ReplyDeleteI just participated in a New Author Blog Hop! I was amazed how many writers and readers participated. My Blog recieved many, many hits, free copies of my book were purchased and many excerpts were downloaded! Even now that the Hop has finished, people are still purchasing copies.
It might be a good idea for you to start your own Blog Hop to increase your network. But remember you need to give to receive.
Carolyn
Dora, don't worry about a post at your blog. I know you don't have time for it. You are my lady of the BB. Do your thing there (wow, triple threat--really?)
ReplyDeleteFind out how one goes about that bit with the radio show on-line. I don't have a clue! Just one thing, I have slow response, if it makes any difference at all. But do find out. I can do things on facebook easily enough.
Carolyn ~ Thank you for the idea! I see people doing this, and I may just try and get something going after Christmas as I'll have more time.
Thank you for this. I'll have to figure out how to do it and then if anyone even notices it!LOL
I'd be more than happy to host you on my blog! I have an interview you can fill out, of if you have some other form of promotion you want to do, just let me know. Shoot me an email if you're interested: mrs.which (at) gmail (dot) com.
ReplyDeleteMeradeth--doing so now! Thanks so much!
